Kian just loves playing with his feet, whenever he can get his socks off. He also loves to put his toes in his mouth!

We finally did it - made it to the area's famed Incan ruins.

Kian was so excited by Ingapirca that he fell asleep for most of the tour.

Kian's 1st birthday

Kian celebrated his first birthday twice - once at his daycare, and once at our neighbors' during their Good Friday dinner (a big deal here in Cuenca). Sadly, on his actual birthday - April 11 - Kian felt rather icky. He's getting two new front teeth on top and he really didn't appreciate that particular birthday gift!

Sean's 33rd birthday (March 22)- celebrating with our friends Alison and Simon, on a 3-month adventure in South America. They stayed in Cuenca for two weeks, and got in a lot of awesome play time with Kian (and us!)
